India's Sky Supremacy: Third in Power, First in Resolve: India’s Message to a Rogue State

"Strike deep, fly high, speak softly — but carry a BrahMos". That might well be the new mantra of the Indian Air Force (IAF), which just redefined the phrase “air superiority” for the modern world.

In an operation that was as surgical as it was symbolic, the IAF carried out one of the most precise, coordinated, and bold strikes in contemporary military history, targeting nine Pakistani airbases within 23 minutes and sending shockwaves across Pakistani military and the ISI leadership. No, this isn’t a scene from Top Gun: India — it’s the real world IAF which is the 3rd most powerful air force on the planet, only behind the U.S. and Russia, and, well ahead of China, the UK, and France, according to global military strength rankings.

And while Pakistan fumbled with video game clips masquerading as proof, India let its jets — and its precision — do the talking.

This strike wasn't just military — it was moral. India, the land of Buddha and Gandhi, has long walked the path of peace and non-violence. But after losing over 10,000 innocent lives to terrorism in the past two decades, the message is clear: "We will not be harassed. We will tolerate no more.”

1. A Superpower in the Sky: India's Air Dominance

Over the past decade, India has been methodically upgrading its aerial and missile capabilities. The IAF has transformed from a reactive force to a proactive, pre-emptive, and precision-strike power. The BrahMos missile, with its supersonic speed and surgical accuracy, played a crucial role in this operation. Capable of launching from land, sea, and air, BrahMos is considered the world’s fastest cruise missile and represents the pinnacle of Indo-Russian defence collaboration.

Supporting this is the S-400 Triumf Air Defence System, a game-changer and the new national crush. With its ability to track and neutralize multiple airborne threats from up to 400 km away, the S-400 now forms the shield of India’s airspace which defended Pakistani drones with 100% interception record.

Add to this the Akash missile system, indigenously developed, capable of engaging aerial threats up to 30 km, and the deadly Harpy drones — loitering munitions designed to detect and destroy radar installations — and you have a force that’s not just offensive but surgically precise. It has not even used the Pinaka rocket launcher.

The latest operation has shown that India’s investment in “Make in India” defence technology is paying off. With indigenous aircraft like Tejas, upcoming stealth drone systems, 6th gen fighter jets, and plans for new aircraft carriers, India is not just catching up but leading the future of aerial warfare.

2. Surgical Precision: 9 Airbases Neutralized

In a span of just hours, India struck nine Pakistani airbases, targeting crucial logistical and strategic points. Satellite imagery, now declassified, confirms the accuracy of the strikes with before and after satellite images. The IAF specifically may have chose to target nuclear storage facilities — not to destroy, but to send a chilling message: “We know where it is, and we can reach it anytime.”. This wasn’t just a military action — it was psychological warfare, brilliantly executed.

List of 9 Pakistani Airbases Targeted in the Operation:

  • Murid Airbase – A known logistics and training hub.
  • Masroor Airbase (Karachi)– One of Pakistan’s largest airbases, housing strike aircraft and radar units.
  • Chaklala Airbase (Rawalpindi) – Close to military headquarters and used for VIP and strategic operations.
  • Peshawar Airbase – Critical for operations along the western front and known to shelter terrorist launchpads.
  • Sargodha Airbase (PAF Base Mushaf) – Home to the F-16 fleet; a high-value strike target.
  • Kamra Airbase (PAF Base Minhas) – Site of aircraft manufacturing and drone assembly.
  • Quetta Airbase – Monitored for harboring insurgents and cross-border militants.
  • Skardu Airbase – Located in Gilgit-Baltistan; plays a key role in operations near the Siachen Glacier.
  • Jacobabad Airbase – Known for dual-use military and covert operations near the southern front.

3. Pakistan’s Pathetic Propaganda

If there was a medal for world-class delusion, Pakistan would win it uncontested. After suffering a precision attack on nine of its airbases, the country did what it does best — spin a tale so detached from reality, it belongs in the Marvel multiverse.

Within hours of the strike, state-run Pakistani media rolled out doctored images, low-res video game clips, and laughable montages from YouTube war simulations, claiming to have “destroyed” Indian fighter jets and its foreign minister indicating instagram reels as proofs when asked for evidence . The world watched, cringed, and moved on. The only ones who believed it? The ones trapped inside Pakistan’s carefully curated echo chamber.

At the helm of this circus was a puppet Prime Minister, handpicked and dictated by the Pakistan military establishment, a force that behaves less like a defence institution and more like a terror syndicate with uniforms and nukes. The real strings, of course, are being pulled by General Asim Munir— a radical Islamist hardliner with a mad jihadist worldview and zero grip on modern diplomacy. With every move, he proves Pakistan isn’t being led — it’s being dragged into the past.

And just when you thought the satire couldn’t write itself, Pakistan’s state channels declared victory in what they called a “decisive defensive win.” Well, until date Pakistan has not accepted its defeat in 1971 Indo-Pak war and feeds to its public to have won the 1971 war even after surrendering its military then and what led to the formation of Bangladesh. So, this is no surprise.

Yes — nine airbases hit, nuclear bunkers and command center exposed, global embarrassment achieved… and yet, “victory” was declared.

You can’t make this up.

Actually, scratch that — Pakistan did make it up.

Adding to the absurdity, Pakistan claimed “civilian casualties” — a familiar script pulled from its playbook. But ground intelligence and satellite validation tell a very different story. These “civilians” were not innocent bystanders, but radicalized foot soldiers from jihadi madrassas  institutions that have long been accused of breeding hate, glorifying martyrdom, and training children from a young age to ‘bleed India with a thousand cuts’.

This is not new. Ajmal Kasab, the lone captured terrorist from the 2008 Mumbai attacks, was trained in one of these very establishments — taught to kill, conditioned to hate, and deployed with a single goal: death to Hindus, death to India.

So let’s call it what it is: India didn’t bomb civilians. India struck at terrorism’s root — and shook the tree.

4. A Leader Who Leads from the Front: PM’s Speech

In yesterday’s address to the nation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke with resolve and gravitas, striking a chord with every Indian. He reiterated that India seeks peace, but peace cannot coexist with terrorism. He reminded the world of India’s principled stance:

“Terror and trade cannot go together. Terror and talks cannot go together. Water and blood cannot flow together.”

This was not just a statement — it was a doctrine. A clear warning to any nation or group that believes it can exploit India’s goodwill.

5. Modi’s Mic Drop Moment: Busting Pakistan’s Lies in Style

While Pakistan’s propaganda machine was busy Photoshopping fake “damage” to Indian infrastructure, Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a masterclass in silent strength and style. In what can only be described as a “checkmate in aviators”, Modi visited the Adampur Airbase — the very same base that Pakistan laughably claimed it had “destroyed.”

What the world saw instead?

A fully operational, spotless, combat-ready airbase.
Jets lined up, ground crew at work, no sign of damage — only discipline and dominance.

This wasn’t just a visit. It was a calculated message to the world:

“India doesn’t need to reply with noise. It replies with proof.”

It was also a direct slap to Pakistan’s disinformation campaign, showcasing the difference between a mature democracy led by a strategic statesman and a dysfunctional state run by a military in denial.

6. Peace is Our Path, but Not Without Power

India has always been a peace-loving civilization. It’s in our ethos, our values, and our diplomacy. It had decades of strategy to not retaliate inspite of 120+ terrosist attacks from Pakistan. But it was time to show that peace without strength is vulnerability. This mission was not about war — it was about restoring deterrence against a rogue nation that continues to harbor terrorists and sponsor instability.

However, this isn’t a story of hatred. In fact, at least 30% (my personal guess) of Pakistan’s population — hardworking, peaceful, ambitious citizens — want nothing to do with violence or radicalism. These are students, entrepreneurs, artists, and workers trying to live normal lives, dream big, and escape the grasp of a military that treats its own people as pawns.

It is this military-industrial-terror complex that turns entire neighborhoods into militant camps, uses religious institutions as launchpads for terror, and then hides behind civilians when consequences arrive. And sadly, it's these innocent lives that are often left as collateral, paying the price for a military that craves conflict over coexistence.

India’s action wasn’t aimed at the people of Pakistan — it was aimed at those who hold them hostage, and the world should recognize that distinction.

7. Pakistan’s Military: A State-Sponsored Terror Network

Let’s be unequivocal — the Pakistan military is the world’s largest state-sponsored terrorist organization. From harboring fugitives like Osama bin Laden to sheltering UN-designated terrorists, Pakistan’s army has turned its nation into a breeding ground for extremism. Shockingly, senior military officials were recently seen attending the funeral of a UN-designated global terrorist, not with shame, but with honor — mourning a militant as if he were a martyr. That isn't defence — it's open endorsement of terrorism.

8. The Shockwaves: China Rattled

Despite receiving substantial military aid and advanced equipment from both China and the United States, Pakistan failed spectacularly in defending its airspace. The Indian Air Force's deep-penetration strike—executed with surgical precision and without a single casualty—caught global defence analysts off guard. The operation not only showcased India's growing air power but also exposed the limitations of Pakistan’s Chinese-supplied air defence systems.

As a result, both Beijing and Washington are being forced to reassess the effectiveness of their military exports, particularly to regions with high strategic sensitivity. The credibility of Chinese and American defence technology has come under scrutiny, prompting a silent reevaluation of future arms sales.

Interestingly, much of the global media is downplaying India’s successful show of strength. This is not merely an editorial choice but a reflection of the uncomfortable questions it raises about the reliability of American and Chinese defence platforms. India's performance challenges long-standing narratives about technological superiority, creating unease in circles that have traditionally dominated global arms discourse.

9. A New Indian Doctrine: From Restraint to Response

India's new strategic doctrine is clear: We will act, not react. The success of this operation has set a precedent — rogue actors will no longer be tolerated, and proxy terrorism will be dealt with at its roots. This is not just a shift in military thinking — it’s a shift in India’s global identity. No longer just the world’s largest democracy, India is now a decisive and dominant military power.

Conclusion: A Nation Awakens

This operation was not just about targets and missiles. It was about sending a clear message to Pakistan. Not as a an aggressor, but as a power that stands for its security, soverignity, peace, justice, and strength.

Influencing Human Behavior At Workplace - Leadership Essentials

Let's understand the frustration of many leaders and startup founders who dwell on the lack of productivity from their team in spite of having skilled and hi pots employees at their disposal. Why do many leaders find it difficult to build a collaborative culture, an engaged workforce, and a high-performance team?

Many a time people in the top management and leadership team do not ask tough questions to themselves. Why are my employees not committed enough? Why is my team performing much below their potential? The same goes for middle-level managers as well.

The answer is simple –the top management often fails to connect with people. They fail to establish a connection between the company's vision to actual needs and aspirations of the people. They don't do enough to motivate people, which is the fundamental requirement of a high-performance culture and a driver for extraordinary business results. They possess blind spots and as a result, they only get ordinary results from their team and continue to adopt the same approach which fails miserably.
Unless employees are motivated, they won't be actively engaged and if they are not actively engaged they won't be productive as desired.

Therefore, the first rule of leadership is to motivate and enroll people into your thinking, your vision, your dream, your fantasy, whatever that you are doing. Enroll them. It takes time. It takes effort. It takes continual reinforcement. But you don't dictate. You enroll. Period! After all, why will people help you achieve your dream and work for the company's vision if leaders can't sell what's in it for them? You as a leader have to induce the WANT in your people to do a good job.

"MOTIVATION CAN NEVER BE FORCED. PEOPLE HAVE TO WANT TO DO A GOOD JOB"!

People can never be forced to do an extraordinary job. They will perform extraordinary only if they want to. The challenge is to give them a reason to want to. And people will only want to perform exceedingly well and produce great results, if they feel like an important part of the organization. Financial motivation only works up to a point. Money is never a continuous motivator.

Sigmond Freud, the greatest psychologist says, There is only one way to get anybody to do anything. Yes, just one way. Remember, there is NO OTHER WAY! Action springs out from our fundamental desires. We all have common wants - Health and the preservation of life, food, sleep, money and the things money will buy, happy & joyful Life, sexual gratification, the well-being of our family. Almost all these wants are usually gratified – all except one. "The desire to be important"

So, its imperative for top management and mid-level managers to make their team members feel important. How? It's not that complex – Respect them, include them, empower them, trust their skills and abilities, let them fail and learn, recognize them, encourage them to take risks, train them, coach and mentor them, give them the freedom to work as they see fit and most importantly "be genuinely interested in them". Be interested in their professional development rather than thinking only about what's best for the company. Be only strategically rigid but tactically flexible.

Expressing genuine interest in others – there's no better way to make people interested in you. People respond to people who are sincerely interested in them. They can't help but respond. This one is one of the most basic facts of human psychology. Attention and Interest make people feel important.

You can't wait until you call everybody up and say, "Will you join me for a drink?" You make them want to come along. You ride and they want to ride along. You have got to make them want to ride along. It's a leader's job to foster those feelings. The leadership language and day to day communication should be uplifting and inspiring.

Motivate them, Inspire them, Win their hearts and they will give you their minds.

THE 3R CHECKLIST TO RETAIN TOP PERFORMERS

Well, why do employees quit? – It's even more frustrating when the employee is one of the top performers in your team.

It's the burning question that has been around forever and more so now after the pandemic with the attrition rate at an all-time high across all major industries. HR professionals are wrapping their brains around this to find answers and adopting all necessary measures to control attrition. However one of the reasons still remains the same. We have all heard of this saying "People quit bosses and not the organization” – which holds true even today.

When we talk of engagement and emotional connection that binds people to any company, let me break this to you – A company's logo or brand name doesn't appear in people's minds when they generate their thoughts inside their head about an organization. They don't visualize these abstracts.

The connection is established through "People" – through their managers, through their peers and the leadership team, which comprise the organization's overall culture and work environment. They take a mental picture of all these people and build their emotions and thoughts around them. And if the bad memories they have directly or indirectly with these sets of people, outweigh the good memories, that's when they pause and think – It's not the right place for me.

Hence, enhancing employee experience is not just the job of HR but the supervisors and the leadership team as well. As a leader, as a manager; at every juncture, every decision you make, every word you utter has a value. You are watched, judged and followed.

So, here's the 3R checklist for managers to retain their top performers.

Respect – Although respect for individuals is a fundamental core value, at times when a team member commits a mistake, some managers do overreact and lose their temper. Maybe they don't mean disrespect but have less control over their tone and the language they use. Even if it happens at the spur of the moment and the manager forgets the episode, mind you – the employee remembers. Therefore, it is wise to practice calmness and use tools of assertiveness, emotional intelligence and how feedback is to be given in such situations.

Recognition – It doesn't imply the existing rewards and recognition programs. As a manager, to leave a positive imprint, it's a necessity to genuinely appreciate your team members even for small achievements and efforts in their routine job. A simple email “thank you for your efforts” would do wonders. And more importantly one should be authentic and not plastic. They say, “What gets appreciated, gets repeated”.

Remuneration – If you are waiting for the year-end performance appraisal to correct your team member's salaries, you might end up approving their resignations much ahead of time. It is foremost to keep a check on your team members financial satisfaction and motivation levels. If as a team lead you happen to come across any such red flags, build a case for HR and do your best what can be done concerning the team members remuneration if you find the reason valid. That’s how you stand up for their cause and build trust.

The 3R Checklist can be used as a tool by managers to avoid losing top performers. Its not that difficult nevertheless, its key to be aware and be more proactive.

SABARIMALA - LAW MESSING WITH FAITH FOR NO REASON AT ALL!!

There are million of women on streets of Kerala but sadly no one is trying to listen to them. No one is paying heed to their perspective.
There are few questions that are still lingering in my mind as to why on earth do people assume and decide on behalf of others when they are clueless about the subject or the ground reality.
  • ·       How many women devotees were asked by the committee who filed PIL whether they feel oppressed?
  • ·       Did the Supreme court had any data as to whether this is case of discrimination against women? Did the people of same faith wanted a reform?
  • ·       How did the Urban feminist brigade, the media and gender equality messiahs learnt that the practice in Sabaramila implies to a thought process of women being considered as impure?
  • ·       Why are clueless people from other religion being considered as experts to discuss the issue of Sabaraimla on TV debates?
The answer is simple. They are all ill-informed and belong to a part of the recently developed culture that thinks any kind of differentiation against women is discrimination. If this is an infringement of women rights, then why million women devotees are on the streets protesting? And the count of number of actual women devotees who feel they are discriminated due to such a practice is not even one till date.

The tradition in Sabaramila is unique. The customs and practices there is different to any other temple. But is it not the fact that every temple in India has its own deity with different tradition and practices being followed with respect to the mythology or scripture pertaining to that particular deity. The customs, the tradition and the way the deity is to be prayed varies from temple to temple in this country since centuries.

The way one offer prayers to Lord Badrinath in Uttarakhand is different to that of Lord Balaji in Tirupati. The way we pray, the way we speak, the way we live, the thousands of customs etc makes this country diverse and so beautiful the way it is. We simply cant apply the theory of Mono-culture to promote sameness. This will put an end to our diversity. We are a country that worships 53 crores deities unlike any other country or culture and yes, there are more women deities than men.

In case of Sabaramila, the deity, “Lord Ayappa” resides in the form of Naishitika Brahmachari, the one who eternally practices celibacy and hence as per the concept such an oath implies that the deity restricts himself to see any women of marriageable age.

Now all those women who wants to enter the temple, should they be called as devotees or believers ? If you don’t believe in your deity how can you call yourself a devotee? The feminists say it’s my right to pray., I will pray, and it doesn’t matter even if the deity doesn’t accept my prayers. It's my fundamental right. This is nothing but foolishness in the name of gender equality. In the name of feminism and activism our age-old tradition is being attacked. They want to go pray to a God that apparently doesn’t want to see them.

In fact, not a single women devotee agrees to the supreme court verdict. Neither the media is paying heed to what they say. They are just underestimating the intelligence of these women devotees and think they are gender equality messiahs.

Sabaramila is a place dedicated to only Lord Ayappa Devotees. It is not a tourist place like Akshardham or Taj Mahal where people from all kinds of faith pay a visit to have a fun trip and click selfies with their family and friends.  And hence it should not be treated as a public place and allow people from all walks of life irrespective of faith / no faith / believers / non believers / atheists etc.

As per the customs, the devotees who visit Sabaramala has to practice a 41 Day vratam, a ritual wherein they abstain themselves from any reproductive activity, don’t wear slippers, eat satvik diet, carry irumudis (often prepared by their wives and daughters which is meant to carry their wishes) on their head, climb the hill and finally have a darshan. Now all of a sudden, all the women who are non-devotees and activists including female journalists land up there to enter the temple thinking they are there to reform and save these devotees from the oppression. The fact is they looked foolish and no knowledge of the actual custom and practices of the temple.

Some media houses stooped so low that they started comparing Sabarimala to socially evil practices like Sati and Child marriage. In these cases clearly, the women were considered inferior, our society was a male dominated one and women from those particular community or sect did protest against it. Whereas the case of Sabaramila has got nothing to do with gender discrimination or practices that harm anyone. In, fact people of all castes and tribes are devotees of Lord Ayappa. There are several other Ayappa temples where the deity is in the form of a child or a youth where the women devotees do visit for darshan and offer their prayers. Sabarimala is not the place for women to worship because here the same deity is placed in the form of a Brahmachari. Here are some other temples where Lord Ayappa is worshipped in other forms.

It’s the deity’s right that has to be respected. In a real-life scenario; you cannot force a man to have sex if he wishes to remain virgin. Similarly, being a guy, you don’t enter the women’s loo. It’s a matter of common sense. It doesn’t require pseudo intellect to understand this simple logic. After all the temple is built for the deity and not for women activists and non-devotees to practice their fundamental right and mislead people in the name of gender discrimination.

No country destroys its own traditions, the way we do in India. Its not progressive but rather one of the most regressive and worst verdict ever passed by the Supreme Court. Courts should not interfere in matters related to faith unless a faith or a belief causes harm to the society like other social evils of the past and law should only step in when people of same faith wants a reform.

ISIS- THE ROGUE NATION

The ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq & Syria) is not just a group of brutal terrorists but it’s an idea. It is a straight line manifestation of an aggrieved religious sect. So, the argument goes how can you kill an idea? Countries are capable of militarily destroying the ISIS and its leadership but the Suni grievances will remain. There will always be another strongman who will take up the cudgel.
Much attention is paid to the extreme, distressing and sadistic propaganda disseminated by ISIS, who go to great lengths to circulate violent images and videos of the atrocities it commits.
The ISIS plans to take control of the Middle East, North Africa, most of the Indian subcontinent and parts of Europe by 2020 to complete its ‘caliphate’. The Caliphate is the geographical portion of the world the ISIS sees as the Islamic world and hence they want to take over all of what they see as the Islamic world. Once they have their Caliphate (An Islamic empire that aims to unite Muslims under a single religious and political entity), they plan to turn against the rest of the world. The ISIS proclaims the Caliphate will survive and prosper until it takes over the entire world and beheads every last person that rebels against Allah. It is not just is a group of jihadis fighting but is trying to set up a state and rule it. It’s no longer a group, it’s a political machinery. It occupies foreign territories and sets up its own laws and governs them.

The ISIS goals vis-a-vis achievements:
The 7 step ISIS program dating almost 15 years back, includes the United States being provoked into declaring war against Iraq between 2000-2003, an uprising against Arab rulers between 2010-2013 and taking control of Syria between 2012- 2015. By now you must have realized that there is a 100% achievement of their goals and that is why they have to be taken seriously. They have joined hands with several other terror groups including Al Qaida and Boko Haram.
Their recruitment drive is on the rise since last few years in which they were able to recruit 25000 people including young girls and children below 15 years of age selling their propaganda over social media. They take due advantage of the internal indifferences of other territories and lure the youth to join them showcasing their power and radical thoughts often posted on you tube videos by these hi-tech terror group. These brutal videos of beheading of men, new ways of killings, slavery of women etc. are barbaric to the core. The group publishes an online magazine “Dabiq” which aims at recruiting Jihadist from the west.

The Plague: Rising Power of ISIS:-
The leader of the group Abu Bakr Al- Baghdadi transformed the ISIS from a terrorist group into a real army with operational discipline, an articulated organization, and efficient funding mechanisms. The ISIS has gained much of its power by capturing of modern day war weapons and US Tanks in Syria which were provided bu US to the Syria security forces. It earn millions of dollars on a daily basis by illegally exporting oil to other nations making them the richest terror group in the world. At present they are in control of most parts of Iraq and Syria as well as parts of Libya.

ISIS- The Barbarians:-
The ISIS beheading videos receives million of views over internet. They showcase new ways of killings in those videos. The law followed by the group is called the Sharia Law. Under ‘Sharia’ law women are treated as slaves and are sold or gifted to militants for their achievements. Rape is very common and natural wherein the fighters pass on the girls to another after raping them. Women are seen being sold openly in the market place with price tags on them.

Here are few ISIS terrifying laws:
·         Rival, political and armed groups are banned.
·         Apostasy is punishable by death.
·         The punishment of drinking alcohol is 80 whips in public.
·         The punishment of spying is beheading.
·         Stealing results in amputation of limbs.
·         People practicing homosexuality are thrown from top of buildings.
·         A group of more than 5 people are not allowed to assemble.
·         The punishment of adultery is to stone the married person to death and 100 whips to the single.

Is ISIS a threat to India?
It pose a serious threat to India down the line as it seems to have special plans against India. Moreover attacking India is considered as the Holy Grail for ISIS. The group has a grand ambition to ignite an attack in India thereby provoking US to support and finally a global war. There are several arguments as how this can only be a far fetched idea and also very much possible given their achievements.
ISIS might have a different strategy against India. Who would have thought they will achieve their first two goals which seemed far-fetched a decade before but they very well succeeded. The ISIS kidnapped bio chemical engineers and recruited several experts who will help them to prepare deadly weapons and explosives such as “Ebola Bombs’ and Bio Chemical Explosives. ISIS now controls Iraq, Syria, Libya and is trying land their feet and increase their strength in Afghanistan. They are at present provoking the Taliban rebels to fight and occupy Pakistan in the next few years which is very much on the cards given the combined strength of 4 nations if they succeed. To my understanding their invasion will involve tens of thousands of Taliban rampaging Pakistan towards India, grabbing the ‘Islamic Bomb’ on the way, and shooting its nuclear payload across the Wagah border. That would be quite a feat.
However given the current situation wherein Russia is fighting the ISIS it seems a big bust.  It’s highly unlikely that the ISIS will do a Syria in India. The Indian army is one of the most powerful army in the world unlike Iraq and Syria. It has the highest standing army in the world who have the expertise to fight in different terrains. The Indian army has been fighting terror groups both within and along the borders since decades and knows their job. Moreover India is nuclear country. India has arrested few sympathizers with this group. Recently a 21 year old boy from Maharashtra who joined ISIS and fought against Syria has returned India. Thanks to Indian Govt. who repeatedly have had success getting back the Indians from the hands of ISIS, be it the 39 nurses or several other working individuals in Syria and Libya. The Indian government has a high alert for the ISIS threat and monitoring the situation quite well. PM Narendra Modi was seen aggressively speaking against ISIS in the UN meeting concluded recently.

But it’s high time this 7th century cult group should be forced to taste their own medicine who are on a demonic roll of spades. If anybody on the earth deserves the west’s lethal force it’s the ISIS. Delaying a real counteroffensive against the ISIS only empowers them. The ISIS threat is a global threat and that is why there should be a combined mission to destroy ISIS and destroy them now!!

AIB KNOCK-OUT: YOU ARE OFFENDED?? SERIOUSLY???

I was going through the news columns today and what caught my attention was the most talked about show recently “The AIB Knock-out- Roast of Ranveer Singh & Arjun Kapoor” which is labelled as the filthiest, coolest and rudest show.
The point is not everybody found the AIB Video funny. There has been outrage and many found it offensive. A TV channel lashed out at the AIB group using not-so-great adjectives which forced the govt. to probe an enquiry.
Some people take offences like it’s a limited time offer. Well nobody has the right to not to be offended.
The Video clearly said: - “Following the video is filthy, rude and offensive”.
If you are offended it’s your problem and frankly lots of things offends lots of people. You can walk into a book store and come across a number of books you will find unattractive in what they say. But I guess it doesn't occur to you to burn the book store down. If you don’t like a book, read another book. If you start reading a book and you decide you don’t like it, nobody is asking you to finish it. But to read a 500 page novel and then say it has deeply offended you: well, you have done a lot of work to be offended.
The offended include Akhilesh Tiwari (President of Brahman Ekta Seva Sanstha), Anil Kapoor, Vinod Tawde (Cultural Affairs Minister) & Krishna Hegde (Congress MLA).
@ Akhilesh Tiwari: - His three you tube videos of mata ki chowkis organized by him last year had 21, 6 & 8 views respectively. And then there is AIB Knockout, with a million views in about 12 hours. It’s got to hurt.
@ Anil Kapoor: - Anything designed to be inoffensive isn’t worth your time- Life itself is pretty offensive, ending as it does with death. Hence, be a sport.
Now coming back to the AIB Video, An hour of abuse among themselves generated 40 L INR for charity.
I feel, there should be a law which prevents people from wasting police’s time with mundane matters. Why is it so important to preserve this so- called clean image of Indian culture and women? Who decides what is moral and what is decent? And what sort of lives do these people who pose as being moral, lead themselves? My dear readers, we shouldn’t forget that we are in the native land of hypocrites. Meanwhile politicians can get away giving hate speeches. Anyways, AIB have a long way to go before they can even hope to give competition to Indian politicians.
If you are clearly looking for statements made in public that damage the clean image of India, there’s much more. Here are some samples.
TMC’s Tapas Pal: - "Boys will go and rape women on my command".
Mulayam Singh Yadav: - "Boys will be boys"!!
Parveen Tagodia of VHP: - "Muslims should be evicted forcibly and their properties should be taken over".
Ajit Pawar, Deputy CM: - His response to a draught hit farmer who was on a 55 day hunger strike was “ He has been fasting for 55 days now, if there is no water in the dam, should we urinate into it? If there is no water to drink, even urination is not possible”
I have an advice for those who found the video offensive. Guys, look into the mirror!! Don’t just go around pretending to be the upholders of your own prescribed moral values. Don’t like something, don’t watch it!! As simple as that.

No offence given, none taken

NAKED IS THE NEW STYLE!!

Had it been someone like Poonam Pandey or Sherlyn Chopra posing nude for any movie poster, most people in India would be quick to rate them as a B Grade actress. Eyebrows are raised and their morality is questioned. What crosses my mind are terms like protests, bans, FIRs, character assassinations and many more. In a male dominated society like ours in most cases the rules are only restricted to the fairer sex. When it’s a female posing nude, it’s scandalous and bold but when a leading superstar does the same, he is experimental and gutsy.

Heights of Hypocrisy and male chauvinist society. May human become human and come out of the dogma of morality which never existed!!!

AAP: Aam Aadmi and Priest of Honesty

AAP campaigned throughout the year against the corrupt Congress and Sheila Dixit in particular. The war of words between Sheila, Sibbal & Co and Kejriwal were creating headlines everyday.Kejriwal was roaring and alleged that "Sheila Dixit is the epitome of corruption". AAP put posters that read "Delhi is fed up of the Congress. He even went on to claim that Sheila has got money from CWG Scam and he can expose her within a few days if he comes to power as he has 370 pages of proof against her and Congress.
But what happened was, the honest priest and anti-congress activist married Congress and formed AAPCON and later asked BJP to provide any proof if they had against Sheila Dixit enabling him to take action against her. I was laughing my ass out when BJP handed him a CD of his own speeches.
Aren’t people of Delhi feeling betrayed? Remember it were the people who voted Congress to power and there was no AAP a year before. But with AAP’s agenda to fight corruption and the corrupt Congress, they found an alternative in Kejriwal’s Party. They were all really fed up with the corruption and looting of public money by the Congress and hence many decided to vote against Congress in the assembly elections. As a result all the anti-congress votes went to AAP. Had they known of this alliance, the Priest and his team would have dreaming of winning even 2 seats in the assembly elections in the first place. Forget about these clowns going for SMS polls to form the govt. and gathering opinion from a few thousands from a constituency of crores thereby making a mockery of Indian Constitution, in the name of public opinion.

Free Electricity and Water
There is no magic what Mr. Kejriwal has done here. He has only transferred consumer’s load to Govt. deficits. Eventually, the power generating companies will remain and the power distributing companies will go bankrupt. These free bees are impractical. It’s a double whammy and will punish honest tax payers. They are blowing the trumpet that they have fulfilled their promises. Now let’s take a look.
1) Water was 90% free for 20 KL for connected people anyway which now they made it to 100%. Next for 20001L one has to pay full where 90% was free. 2) Those who don’t have metered connection will not get it. It implies the poorest will still remain most poor. 3) They promised that additional money to electricity companies will be stopped. But now Govt. will charge 50% tax payers’ money and give it to electricity companies directly.
I ask which promise have they fulfilled???
Courts are wrong
Recently AAP’s law minister, Somanth Bharti was alleged of tampering with evidence and corruption. AK says law is faulty and courts are wrong. In this case not only the CBI court indicted the AAP minister, but also the appeal courts including the Supreme Court, where his own lawyer Prashant Bhushan appeared for the AAP minister, has agreed to the indictment by the CBI Court. Still the supreme leader being the CM of the state says the courts are wrong. For AAP the Supreme Court doesn’t matter. They have their self-proclaimed Chief Justice of India, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal with them. He distributes clean chits everyday for AAP people. If a Chief Minister can exonerate a minister who has been indicted by court then  I doubt whether law and law of land will prevail in Delhi.
What happened to the background checks? He said people coming from different parties will undergo numerous checks. What was all that drama?
No one can claim that he/she is honest. There is no device that measures honesty. One should vote for the candidate who has vision and good track record. If we buy a product, we look for 1-2 years’ warranty. Whereas AAP is new with no warranty.

Anti-Privatization mindset and Crowd Psychology
There are few points in AAP’s manifesto that suggests they are anti-privatization. One of such example is they are against FDI in retail. Well we all know how privatization is important for the development of a state. The greatest example is Gujarat.
The Central Govt. after consensus and a very long discussion with farmer’s union, suppliers and all involved allowed 51% FDI in multi brand retail and single brand stores in India aimed at ensuring the foreign investment makes genuine contribution towards the development of Indian Infrastructure and logistics as well as more money for Indian farmers. At the same time it facilitates integration of small retailers into upgraded value chain.
But AAP is completely against FDI in retails stating it will lead to unemployment and closing down of Kirana stores. BUT statistics tells us there is no evidence of a great impact on job loss.  It will rather create employment opportunities for locals. The countries and states which allowed FDI in multi brand retail, it is evident that the rate of closure of unorganized retail shop or Kirana stores is lower than International standard. Majority of small retailers are still keen to remain in operation.
There is evidence from Indonesia, China and many other countries that traditional and modern retails can coexist and grow. Also, there will be more choices available for people at these stores. Doesn’t Aam Aadmi deserve this? But Kejriwal has made assumptions and people with inadequate knowledge in economics are getting emotionally swept away without much analysis. I am sure AAP’s politically popular but economically disastrous and short of sight policies will soon expose their incompetency and immature facet.
Another point in their manifesto talks about regularizing slums. It means next time some private company comes to evacuate them grab land the mob will have power in their hands to say No. Somebody has to teach AAP the importance of Privatization and how these companies will themselves take care of slums through their CSR activities. Privatization makes efficient use of resources and provide additional value to society. They will audit private companies; Well!! Private companies are here to do business and not charity. They will held Janata darbar in an unorganized way and later say sorry for the mismanagement. All they want is drama and people buy these gimmicks as well. No planning and the lack of experience was clearly visible. People need a leader whom they can rely on, whom they will listen to, whom they will bank upon at difficult times. Being honest only is not enough. I don’t see any of these qualities in Kejriwal who every time faces any issue, goes to people and seek their opinion.
We will never take support from any political party= Congress Support
We will not take sarkari bunglows= 3BHK sarkari bunglow
We will not take protection and Govt. Security= Z Level security
Stand on minority= We will speak with the dangerous KHAAP Community and take a feel.
We will expose Congress= We will sleep with them & ask opponents to provide proof.

Why is a CM given a bunglow and a vehicle with Lal Batti? As far as my knowledge is concerned it’s to avoid delays while travelling and organizing meetings with public officials at his residence which will aid to better governance. Not to create nuisance at metro station and show off.
Well Kejriwal was in the Income Tax department and that too at Asst. Commissioner Position. In 15 Years, not even a single case of bribery. That amazes me.
AAP talks about staying in touch with people by Mohala Sabhas. Well Mohala Sabha will be attended by only those people who don’t have any work. People like retired uncles and housewives will be the frequent visitors.
Instead of first concentrating on Delhi and giving Delhites a good governance for 5 years, they have started working only towards the National Agenda. Like Mr. AK many other middle class people in this country have the dream of becoming CMs. They are in a hurry to go for National Polls. They say “India can’t wait any longer”.  Indeed laughable. I say India cant progress with this hit and run policy. Anyone can come to power and give freebees. But that doesn’t help in wealth creation of the nation. Is corruption the only issue? Till date we have not heard anything from them about how they will create jobs, control inflation security of women, international issues, the ever increasing Pakistan’s infiltration and the Chinese in the north east. Do they even have experienced people on national basis to form their cabinet?
AAP is nothing but a desperate association of unemployed JNU commies and media people, who lived till date on state doles without doing any kind of hard work, coming together to protect their “Right to beg” in the name of protecting common people.
Without any concrete view on economic policy and roadmap of development, now they want to contest for 300 seats in Lok Sabha. They have a golden opportunity to rule Delhi and emerge successful. But they want to rule the country. This leaves me to form an opinion that they are power hungry. Now anyone and everyone with a political ambition have found an easy access through AAP. So, nothing really surprises me. Why so rush for national politics? AK says "India cant wait. They want us. Heights of Idiocy!!
And it’s clear to me why all media favor AAP in giving them publicity is because most of the AAP members have been ex journalists or worked in NGOs and have rock solid support base within this framework.
Delhi people were deprived of an honest and capable Chief Minister like Harsh Vardhan The man, who single handedly made Delhi Polio free during his tenure as Health Minister 15 years ago, should have formed the government with AAP support.

Why is rape happening in Delhi? It’s because of prostitution and drug addicts. The police is not under my control and is compromised”.- This was the statement by AK after a Danish woman was gang raped in the national capital. He is DEMANDING suspension of the policemen. It baffles me with the immaturity and the thought process of a CM. This is done only when you are in opposition. Was not the CM aware of the system that Delhi police force reports to the Central Govt??? If he was not aware then he should apologize Sheila Dixit because the AAP posters linked rape to the then Sheila’s Govt.
Let me remind you all of AK’s tweet after Nirbhaya’s rape case:
Sheila Dixit response after each rape: Delhi police is not under my control. Do we want such a helpless CM?
Remember, when Sheila was the CM this very HONEST gentleman was after her accusing her from every nook and corner of the city, with harsh worded campaigns on auto rickshaws asking people to give AAP the power and all will be set right.
Rape tendencies are a result of ill mindset that is developed because of one’s upbringing, education, social circle etc. But the CM’s mindset is in question. Another misfire shot. Where is the data to prove that rape tendencies are developed because of drugs? Sheer assumption and utter nonsense. On the other hand there are data that shows prostitution bring down rapes. They rape because they don’t know the consequences just like Delhites voted Kejriwal.

Mentioning about Law Minister Somnath Bharti again in this blog, this gentleman acknowledged that he revealed the name of the Danish woman BY MISTAKE and then apologized. This is what happens when immature tarts rule the state. Ever heard of a minister chasing goons? But he was doing exactly the same in South Delhi. Minister need to govern, lead, motivate, put pressure and get things done. I will say Britishers were far better than these fools. Law minister breaks the law. He directs the police to arrest a woman and when the police refuses as they dont have a warrant, the next day he demands suspension. Doesnt he know that in India the law doesn't allow to arrest a woman without a warrant and especially from 6 PM-6 AM? How can he direct the police when the force doesn’t come under his jurisdiction? And the CM being a greater fool supports him.I Say, let the men be arrested on Kejriwal’s dictates but he must quit politics if they are found innocent in course of time. The Law minister calls a group of African people as "Nigers" in public and asks a African woman to give her urine sample in public. Well AAP wants everything in Public. Transparency!!! People expected good governance but instead got Babaji ka Thullu!!
AAP's Explanation seems to me as: We are perfect. We are honest and rest all are corrupt. We will give free electricity and free water. We will give everything for free but we dont know how we will generate revenues to balance these. We will give permanent status to temporary manpower and not allow FDI in Delhi. We will do all this but after wining 2014 Lok Sabha elections. We are inexperience,we are new and so we are learning.
AAP’s modus operandi is going to rob Delhi-NCR of major FDI. They are inimical to development politics. They feel tokenism will quick fix everything. They seem to have taken minority mandate for granted. Their spokesperson Mr. Kumar Vishwas is an Anti-Gay activist and was seen praising Modi publicly and now turned against him. They will have to pay serious costs for their lackadaisical attitudes and anti-national & anti developmental politics. They are pro-reservation, pro-jihadist and pro- Marxist. Let people realize the perils of electing such useless individual. Only then they will learn how to decide and vote the right candidate instead of a
