AAP: Aam Aadmi and Priest of Honesty

AAP campaigned throughout the year against the corrupt Congress and Sheila Dixit in particular. The war of words between Sheila, Sibbal & Co and Kejriwal were creating headlines everyday.Kejriwal was roaring and alleged that "Sheila Dixit is the epitome of corruption". AAP put posters that read "Delhi is fed up of the Congress. He even went on to claim that Sheila has got money from CWG Scam and he can expose her within a few days if he comes to power as he has 370 pages of proof against her and Congress.

But what happened was, the honest priest and anti-congress activist married Congress and formed AAPCON and later asked BJP to provide any proof if they had against Sheila Dixit enabling him to take action against her. I was laughing my ass out when BJP handed him a CD of his own speeches.

Aren’t people of Delhi feeling betrayed? Remember it were the people who voted Congress to power and there was no AAP a year before. But with AAP’s agenda to fight corruption and the corrupt Congress, they found an alternative in Kejriwal’s Party. They were all really fed up with the corruption and looting of public money by the Congress and hence many decided to vote against Congress in the assembly elections. As a result all the anti-congress votes went to AAP. Had they known of this alliance, the Priest and his team would have dreaming of winning even 2 seats in the assembly elections in the first place. Forget about these clowns going for SMS polls to form the govt. and gathering opinion from a few thousands from a constituency of crores thereby making a mockery of Indian Constitution, in the name of public opinion.

Free Electricity and Water

There is no magic what Mr. Kejriwal has done here. He has only transferred consumer’s load to Govt. deficits. Eventually, the power generating companies will remain and the power distributing companies will go bankrupt. These free bees are impractical. It’s a double whammy and will punish honest tax payers. They are blowing the trumpet that they have fulfilled their promises. Now let’s take a look.

1) Water was 90% free for 20 KL for connected people anyway which now they made it to 100%. Next for 20001L one has to pay full where 90% was free. 2) Those who don’t have metered connection will not get it. It implies the poorest will still remain most poor. 3) They promised that additional money to electricity companies will be stopped. But now Govt. will charge 50% tax payers’ money and give it to electricity companies directly.

I ask which promise have they fulfilled???

Courts are wrong

Recently AAP’s law minister, Somanth Bharti was alleged of tampering with evidence and corruption. AK says law is faulty and courts are wrong. In this case not only the CBI court indicted the AAP minister, but also the appeal courts including the Supreme Court, where his own lawyer Prashant Bhushan appeared for the AAP minister, has agreed to the indictment by the CBI Court. Still the supreme leader being the CM of the state says the courts are wrong. For AAP the Supreme Court doesn’t matter. They have their self-proclaimed Chief Justice of India, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal with them. He distributes clean chits everyday for AAP people. If a Chief Minister can exonerate a minister who has been indicted by court then  I doubt whether law and law of land will prevail in Delhi.

What happened to the background checks? He said people coming from different parties will undergo numerous checks. What was all that drama?

No one can claim that he/she is honest. There is no device that measures honesty. One should vote for the candidate who has vision and good track record. If we buy a product, we look for 1-2 years’ warranty. Whereas AAP is new with no warranty.

Anti-Privatization mindset and Crowd Psychology

There are few points in AAP’s manifesto that suggests they are anti-privatization. One of such example is they are against FDI in retail. Well we all know how privatization is important for the development of a state. The greatest example is Gujarat.

The Central Govt. after consensus and a very long discussion with farmer’s union, suppliers and all involved allowed 51% FDI in multi brand retail and single brand stores in India aimed at ensuring the foreign investment makes genuine contribution towards the development of Indian Infrastructure and logistics as well as more money for Indian farmers. At the same time it facilitates integration of small retailers into upgraded value chain.

But AAP is completely against FDI in retails stating it will lead to unemployment and closing down of Kirana stores. BUT statistics tells us there is no evidence of a great impact on job loss.  It will rather create employment opportunities for locals. The countries and states which allowed FDI in multi brand retail, it is evident that the rate of closure of unorganized retail shop or Kirana stores is lower than International standard. Majority of small retailers are still keen to remain in operation.

There is evidence from Indonesia, China and many other countries that traditional and modern retails can coexist and grow. Also, there will be more choices available for people at these stores. Doesn’t Aam Aadmi deserve this? But Kejriwal has made assumptions and people with inadequate knowledge in economics are getting emotionally swept away without much analysis. I am sure AAP’s politically popular but economically disastrous and short of sight policies will soon expose their incompetency and immature facet.

Another point in their manifesto talks about regularizing slums. It means next time some private company comes to evacuate them grab land the mob will have power in their hands to say No. Somebody has to teach AAP the importance of Privatization and how these companies will themselves take care of slums through their CSR activities. Privatization makes efficient use of resources and provide additional value to society. They will audit private companies; Well!! Private companies are here to do business and not charity. They will held Janata darbar in an unorganized way and later say sorry for the mismanagement. All they want is drama and people buy these gimmicks as well. No planning and the lack of experience was clearly visible. People need a leader whom they can rely on, whom they will listen to, whom they will bank upon at difficult times. Being honest only is not enough. I don’t see any of these qualities in Kejriwal who every time faces any issue, goes to people and seek their opinion.

We will not take protection and Govt. Security= Z Level security

Stand on minority= We will speak with the dangerous KHAAP Community and take a feel.
We will expose Congress= We will sleep with them & ask opponents to provide proof.

Why is a CM given a bunglow and a vehicle with Lal Batti? As far as my knowledge is concerned it’s to avoid delays while travelling and organizing meetings with public officials at his residence which will aid to better governance. Not to create nuisance at metro station and show off.

Well Kejriwal was in the Income Tax department and that too at Asst. Commissioner Position. In 15 Years, not even a single case of bribery. That amazes me.

AAP talks about staying in touch with people by Mohala Sabhas. Well Mohala Sabha will be attended by only those people who don’t have any work. People like retired uncles and housewives will be the frequent visitors.

Instead of first concentrating on Delhi and giving Delhites a good governance for 5 years, they have started working only towards the National Agenda. Like Mr. AK many other middle class people in this country have the dream of becoming CMs. They are in a hurry to go for National Polls. They say “India can’t wait any longer”.  Indeed laughable. I say India cant progress with this hit and run policy. Anyone can come to power and give freebees. But that doesn’t help in wealth creation of the nation. Is corruption the only issue? Till date we have not heard anything from them about how they will create jobs, control inflation security of women, international issues, the ever increasing Pakistan’s infiltration and the Chinese in the north east. Do they even have experienced people on national basis to form their cabinet?

AAP is nothing but a desperate association of unemployed JNU commies and media people, who lived till date on state doles without doing any kind of hard work, coming together to protect their “Right to beg” in the name of protecting common people.

Without any concrete view on economic policy and roadmap of development, now they want to contest for 300 seats in Lok Sabha. They have a golden opportunity to rule Delhi and emerge successful. But they want to rule the country. This leaves me to form an opinion that they are power hungry. Now anyone and everyone with a political ambition have found an easy access through AAP. So, nothing really surprises me. Why so rush for national politics? AK says "India cant wait. They want us. Heights of Idiocy!!
And it’s clear to me why all media favor AAP in giving them publicity is because most of the AAP members have been ex journalists or worked in NGOs and have rock solid support base within this framework.

Delhi people were deprived of an honest and capable Chief Minister like Harsh Vardhan The man, who single handedly made Delhi Polio free during his tenure as Health Minister 15 years ago, should have formed the government with AAP support.

Why is rape happening in Delhi? It’s because of prostitution and drug addicts. The police is not under my control and is compromised”.- This was the statement by AK after a Danish woman was gang raped in the national capital. He is DEMANDING suspension of the policemen. It baffles me with the immaturity and the thought process of a CM. This is done only when you are in opposition. Was not the CM aware of the system that Delhi police force reports to the Central Govt??? If he was not aware then he should apologize Sheila Dixit because the AAP posters linked rape to the then Sheila’s Govt.

Remember, when Sheila was the CM this very HONEST gentleman was after her accusing her from every nook and corner of the city, with harsh worded campaigns on auto rickshaws asking people to give AAP the power and all will be set right.

Rape tendencies are a result of ill mindset that is developed because of one’s upbringing, education, social circle etc. But the CM’s mindset is in question. Another misfire shot. Where is the data to prove that rape tendencies are developed because of drugs? Sheer assumption and utter nonsense. On the other hand there are data that shows prostitution bring down rapes. They rape because they don’t know the consequences just like Delhites voted Kejriwal.

Mentioning about Law Minister Somnath Bharti again in this blog, this gentleman acknowledged that he revealed the name of the Danish woman BY MISTAKE and then apologized.This is what happens when immature tarts rule the state. Ever heard of a minister chasing goons? But he was doing exactly the same in South Delhi. Minister need to govern, lead, motivate, put pressure and get things done. I will say Britishers were far better than these fools. Law minister breaks the law. He directs the police to arrest a woman and when the police refuses as they dont have a warrant, the next day he demands suspension. Doesnt he know that in India the law doesn't allow to arrest a woman without a warrant and especially from 6 PM-6 AM? How can he direct the police when the force doesn’t come under his jurisdiction? And the CM being a greater fool supports him.I Say, let the men be arrested on Kejriwal’s dictates but he must quit politics if they are found innocent in course of time. The Law minister calls a group of African people as "Nigers" in public and asks a African woman to give her urine sample in public. Well AAP wants everything in Public. Transparency!!! People expected good governance but instead got Babaji ka Thullu!!
AAP's Explanation seems to me as: We are perfect. We are honest and rest all are corrupt. We will give free electricity and free water. We will give everything for free but we dont know how we will generate revenues to balance these. We will give permanent status to temporary manpower and not allow FDI in Delhi. We will do all this but after wining 2014 Lok Sabha elections. We are inexperience,we are new and so we are learning.

AAP’s modus operandi is going to rob Delhi-NCR of major FDI. They are inimical to development politics. They feel tokenism will quick fix everything. They seem to have taken minority mandate for granted. Their spokesperson Mr. Kumar Vishwas is an Anti-Gay activist and was seen praising Modi publicly and now turned against him. They will have to pay serious costs for their lackadaisical attitudes and anti-national & anti developmental politics. They are pro-reservation, pro-jihadist and pro- Marxist. Let people realize the perils of electing such useless individual. Only then they will learn how to decide and vote the right candidate instead of a
